I tried exactly using the <ul> and <li> tag. If I do so, everything in the <ul> till </ul> disappears
. I did again now. Please check…I just created a testpage for you. If you edit the easyslider you’re able to check what we have tried (excluding the use of
- and
- as everything disappeared when we tried this).

Hello Victoria,
thanks for your help, I have read the whole topic and now I see there are few other people experiencing the same problem but I dont know which of the provided solutions would be fine for me / my problem? I see at least for one persons worked Ismaels solution editing avia.js but actually I cant find it in the Editor. Anyways is this the correct solution? As you still have full access to the site it would be wonderful if you could have a look at it and tell us which files and where to change to change them exactly.
Thanks!!
Hello,
sorry for late response. Yes the anchors are still not working and I have absolutely no idea why – on other sites anchors work fine for me.
We add anchors following this guide from your site:Would be great if you could have a look at this again.
Thanks!Hello,
I just updated the theme and now the site is crashed (after loading and loading – update never finished on my browser). Even WP-Admin does not work anymore – all sites dropping HTTP 500 error.
Of course I would have a backup but now its some days ago I made the last and moreover I am staying in spain and having bad internet these days. It would be great if you could have a look at the site to tell me whats going wrong / maybe reuploading files (my internet is real slow).
I attached FTP login in private content.Thanks!!

Ok just tell me:
– Did you hear of bigger problems using enfold with s2member?
– Might you have a suggestion which plugin to use regarding the images and videos (which both should be stored and loaded from our server)?May 8, 2017 at 7:14 pm in reply to: Height of text block in color section (no parallax on mobile) #789786Hello,
I already tried this (of course with clearing cache, another device etc.) – I still can’t see a change – the face doesn’t get shown full. On the iPhone it looks fine (even in landscape mode), on desktop devices also (but there is parallax).
I provided wp login in the first post, maybe you could also have a look at it — really strange…Regards
May 8, 2017 at 2:52 pm in reply to: Height of text block in color section (no parallax on mobile) #789628Hi,
should I use Sarahs code as well? The only thing I want to do is to show the face in the background picture on iPads (both landscape and normal mode). This is not shown on iPad (mini as well as normal size) and unfortunately Sarahs code does not take any affect on the display height for me.
Regards :-)

I tried but it does not have any affect on the picture. Maybe you could also check, you will find your code as last in quick css (login data in first post – private content).
Regards and thanks for your help :)
May 5, 2017 at 11:50 am in reply to: Height of text block in color section (no parallax on mobile) #788334Hi,
thank you for this. Works great. ONE last thing:
On my friend iPad the whole face in the background picture is not shown.. (see screenshot private content) On desktop devices theres no problem as using parallax they can see everything by scrolling.
Is there a possibility to show another area of the picture especially on ipads?Thanks for your help!!!
May 5, 2017 at 1:37 am in reply to: Height of text block in color section (no parallax on mobile) #788162Hello,
I already assumed that but whats about the problem with landscape mode on ipads? Is there a possibility especially to move the text block in this mode so it looks good?
Thanks

Hi,
this looks much better now and I think it should be ok on ipad landscape now (but actually I have no possibility to test). I’ve made a video (see private content), maybe you can check if its needed to increase the earlier point of mobile menu activatation a little bit more?
Regards
May 3, 2017 at 9:06 pm in reply to: Height of text block in color section (no parallax on mobile) #787399Ok this is better now but is it possible to move all elements down a little bit more ? (it would also possible to smaller all elements a little bit)
And I still have problem in landscape mode (see private content). Is it possible to update those elements for the mobile devices in landscape mode?
Hi,
I still have problems when smallering the browser window and on iPad landscape.
Of course I cleaned cookies / hard refresh and tried another device. Please check, I also provided login data in the first message and maybe also see my screenshot in private content :-)May 3, 2017 at 12:12 pm in reply to: Height of text block in color section (no parallax on mobile) #787047Hello,
I have already shared in last private content. But now see again what I mean (s. private content)
Hi,
I think this should be exactly what I searched for but it seems like it does not work – noch changes happened on my mobile device (iPhone 7).. You may check yourself using link given in the first postHi jordan,
no my plan was to display slideshow to everyone but the text of the slideshow should have a light gray background. Of course I know how I would do this normally but I just want to have this ‘text-background’ on mobile devices.
Ok is it possible to just show a background on mobile devices using CSS? E.g. I would use a light gray background for mobile, on desktop devices no background
Hi,
this looks much better now. I am just experiencing a problem with the text: It becomes some kind of blurred. Is there a way to ‘highlight’ the text?Hi, sorry for late response. If you check with a resolution like its on normal iPhone 6/7 etc. the house now looks really stretched… Isnt there another way to display this? :(
Hi Ismael,
I turned off enfold lightbox for the page and changed to Pro Lightbox in NextGen settings (so we have social media buttons, comments on pictures etc.). Everything worked fine on high-resolution displays but then there occured a big problem: On smaller displays (e.g. Surface Pro 3 using chrome [firefox and edge working!!] and my iPhone) this error gets displayed when I am opening an image:
‘fatal error: could not extract a stage height from CSS. Traced height: 0px’
After some research I found several users using enfold with the same problem (if I switch to standard theme everything works great; on enfold support forums I was able to find 2 threads about this). The only working solution (I was able to find) was this:
– turn off enfold lightbox in the whole theme
– add ‘height: 100%’ at .galleria-theme-nextgen_pro_lightbox .galleria-stage in this file: /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery-plus/modules/nextgen_pro_lightbox/static/theme/galleria.nextgen_pro_lightbox.css
Solution found here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fatal-error-with-nextgen-plus-1-3-0/
Well, if anything would work now it would be great and yeah everything is still fine on big displays but I think the solution caused the following problem:
– on mobile displays not the full picture gets displayed (there is some kind of ‘zoom’ into the picture)
– using chrome on my surface the image does not get scaled and centered correctly. I display comments initially as without the user might not see the function (more detailed screenshot you can see in private content).Could you tell me whats going wrong? How can I fix this? We are in urgent need of this function.
The edited block with height 100% looks like this at the moment:
.galleria-theme-nextgen_pro_lightbox .galleria-stage {
position: absolute;
top: 0;
bottom: 0;
left: 0;
right: 0;
overflow: hidden;
height: 100%;
}
Should I edit something more in here?of course :)
Hi Jordan,
now everything gets shown and its better than before of course. But if you have a look at the site with your mobile device again you may see it does not really look ‘nice’. Is there a way to display more from the image so it could look better (like on desktop versions)?
Regards,
timaBtw everything perfect !
