Hi Victoria,
first of all thanks for your patience and expertice!
Actually yes I will need finally assistance in one more problem:
As I described actually the gallery height on my desktop is too much. Its not possible to see the whole picture and the thumbnails below in one screen (I am using Macbook with 4k resolution). Thats why you gave me the CSS. But since fixed pixel will not be responsive as far as I know I tried it with the % in CSS:#top div .avia-gallery .avia-gallery-big-no-crop-thumb { height: 50% !important; }
Actually this did not take any effect. So what to do now to get the gallery height lower in a responsive way / working for all devices?
Thanks!!
October 25, 2018 at 10:12 pm in reply to: Gallery – big image too much size / size does not change on selection #1026576I also tried
#top div .avia-gallery .avia-gallery-big-no-crop-thumb {
height: 50% !important;
}
But it did not take any effect. Did I do anything wrong?October 25, 2018 at 10:01 pm in reply to: Gallery – big image too much size / size does not change on selection #1026573Hi Victoria,
I edited the settings as you mentioned but – even after cleaning cache – it took no effect. Pictures are still shown in really bad quality even if they have good quality in its origin…
Thanks in advance!
October 23, 2018 at 10:22 pm in reply to: Gallery – big image too much size / size does not change on selection #1025657Hi Vitoria,
thanks for the infos.
1. To what and how exactly should I change the %? I am just worrying if it will be not responsive with the exact value…
2. For the settings you sent: to what values should I exactly change them?Thanks!!
October 22, 2018 at 7:29 pm in reply to: Gallery – big image too much size / size does not change on selection #1025068Hi Victoria,
thanks – I can work with this. Still got some questions.
1. Is it possible to use % here so it will be responsive? Or is it already?
2. I understand the images scale down and will not fill the container anymore. But actually it seems they scale down and also lose quality? If you visit the site mentioned above, for example I added a 6000×4000 picture with 2mb which has normally good quality. Now the quality is very bed, you can also see once it scales down when the image was changed. How can we fix this? What we actually want is a gallery similiar like its done here: https://imgur.com/a/kasphvZThanks!
Hi Ismael,
no, did not remove the masonry blog element… Please dont forget to select the German version, maybe thats why you do not see it :)
Also attached screenshot in private!Hi Ismael,
thanks for the detailed info. Only one thing left:
If you look at the masonry boxes now they have different heights? Can we please fix this?`Thanks!
Hi Victoria,
for the Mac solution I do not think its fine…
It show 4 elements in first row and 2 elements in second row. So there are totally 6 elements — I would only show 4 elements per row if its more than 6 elements. For 6 elements 3 each row. For 7 elements 4 first row, 3 second row but those should be centered. 8 elements 4 each row.. and so on. Hope you understand me. But ONLY for the mac thing/problem as I tested on my fullhd pc it was nice. Hope you understand 4 in one row and afterwards 2, even not centered looks a bit strange.Thanks
Hello Victoria or Ismael,
could you please also answer on my question?
Would be cool to get this fixed as soon as possible.Thanks!
1. Hi, I checked @ PCwith FullHD resolution, its good with 6 units each row, but:
1.1 The screenshot was taken from my Macbook Pro 2017 with 2880 x 1800 Px @ 220 ppi. So there it looks not good like its done.. I also do not want fixed entrys per row as the amount of entries will change every month – perfect amount should be calculated automatically (as Masonry element says it would do)
1.2 At my PC @ FullHD the boxes do not have the same height while they have at Macbook. See screenshot in private content for more info on this.2. & 3. works, thanks!
August 3, 2017 at 12:37 pm in reply to: Mega menu and avia sliders are broken (after update?) #833854Got this fixed by myself – conflict with a plugin and the update. Can be closed, thanks :)
Thanks that worked great :-)
By the way this was s2 supports answer:
The s2Member [s2Drip /] shortcode is a standard WordPress shortcode that uses the WordPress shortcode API. If it’s not working with the Enfold theme using their content builder, then that sounds like an issue with their theme. Unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do on our end to resolve this issue.
All of the s2Member Framework and s2Member Pro source code is open-source and available for their developers to review on GitHub, but if there’s anything we can do to help them with this we’d be happy to help.
Ok great, now everything works – thanks!
Hello Ismael,
first of all thanks for you help but I dont know what you exactly mean with this. I provided logindata in private content above, maybe you can do the changes as example and just explain them (shortly) afterwards?
Thanks!
I will add some information in private content :-)
By the way: I already integrated the script using an iFrame but this wont fulfill my needs as I need the data calculated by the script directly in the wordpress-site.
Thanks!!Hi Mike,
I have checked on the same day – for me the site was and is still up and running. Would be great if you try again :-)
ThanksYes of course I cleared my cache but maybe you misunderstood what I mean what the anchor should show / where it should point to. I just uploaded a video for example in the private content so you may check :-)
This code works for no device ( you can check yourself)
.anchor {
display: block!important;
height: 100px!important;
margin-top: -100px!important;
visibility: hidden;
}This code works fine for all browser WITHOUT Chrome (and for mobile devices I use the CSS you provided first)
.anchor { padding-top: 90px; }

Hello,
sorry for the late respsonse. This code unfortunately doesn’t work for all devices and browser. For testing I have integrated on the site mentioned above. Would be great if you could provide me another working for all devices and browser :-)
Thanks!!

Hello,
for mobile devices its also fine now, BUT theres a big problem:
The changes did not take any effect for Chrome Browser on desktop devices. Of course we cleared cache, tried private mode and on other devices (which never opened the site before) – it quite doesnt work… Its fine for firefox, safari, edge..
Would be great if we could find a workaround for chrome!!Regards
Perfect!! 5* Support!
Hi Ismael,
GREAT – thats exactly what I searched for all the time. Thanks a lot. But theres just one last thing left: The bullet points aren’t indented. Is it possible to intend them? In the private Content you will find an image how it should look like / where they should be.
Thanks again :)
Thanks a lot, this works great for me on desktop devices. For my iphone 7 it looks like this:
A friend checked with his 7+ and iPad and he also has problems there. 7+ seems to be the same as mine but heres a example with the ipad:
he clicked on anchor point #2 (see link in private content).
Would be great if you could help me to fix this finally!I had 2 lists so you could see both dont work :-P
I just removed them, please check again!Hello Victoria,
first of all: thanks for your detailed answer. I understand that its kind of bad to provide different solutions for different customers.. Well I am enfold customer since a year and bought about 8 licenes for different sites and yeah I would be really happy if someone of you could fix this for this installation / site setup. Normally I would say we just dont use a fixed menu and go on but at this site its a requirement.. In the end I am happy each time I am able to fix a problem with enfold just by using google a few minutes and I would be very satisfied if we can find a solution in this matter too!!
Would be great if some teammember could have look at this and give me a short answer what to do :-)
