Hello Andy,

Just did, for the third time:

– delete enfold folder via FTP
– re-downloaded current enfold version (installable version) 3.4.7 from Themeforest
– unpacked and uploaded it via FTP
– activated Enfold

But now, it works!! Problem solved! :-)

Hello Andy:

I’m running the newest WordPress version. (4.4.2)

The active theme is “Twenty sixteen”, I get zero errors when I use that theme.
Furthermore: there are no errors on “Twenty Fifteen” or “Twenty Thirteen”

Hi Vinay,

Thank you for your response and sorry for my very late reaction.
I do want the banner to be shown at tablet and phone.
Maybe it is possibe to only show the first headline and the buttons?
if not, then I will use the code you gave.

Another quick question: if we update the server from PHP5 to PHP7 we get a few errors.
Is Enfold PHP 7 compatible or are you maybe working on this?

We went for the “revolution slider” option. This might have also been the cause, but since we ran out of time we
rebuilt the slider.

Hello Elliott,

I’ve fixed the image (html) errors. Only warnings remain on the W3C validator service, so I assume the html validation errors are all gone.
However, the problem persists. By the way: I can’t find a solution to the warning, it seems to me this is something in the theme itself.

I also found another support topic like this:

By the way: the problem only occurs when you re-visit the page. A hard refresh always works properly.

Finally, i checked “Websafe fonts fallback for Windows” which seemed to work at first, but didn’t.

I’m all out of ideas, perhaps you can think of something else?

Thanks for your response! I corrected the br tag in de footer.
It still doesn’t work in IE. Also tried it on a few other computers.
I think I can better use the revolution slider.
Or do you have any other solutions?
