JohnHi Maike,
Many thanks for the suggestion. That seemed to have done the trick.

JohnHi Mike,
Many thanks for the effort.
I installed the HTML snippet inserter and applied the code.
The result I am getting is not great as the form elements are not rendering as they should.
See image below.
Also, if you refer to the other page link I have this one has an iFrame for the form but it does not render well to a mobile phone.
Should I also turn off the debugger?
Cheers
JohnHi Mike,
I have updated the plugins and the theme to the latest..
I then went back in and re-completed the page however I am still getting the same result.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Cheers
JohnMarch 15, 2019 at 4:47 am in reply to: web performance – disable template builder causes error to elements #1078989..update… I noticed an update available for the cahcing plugin so went ahead and completed that.
Now it seems to be working with the setting ‘load only used elements’ turned on.
I’ll keep an eye on this. Perhaps the update to the plugin helped flush out some old cache that wasnt clearing before?
Cheers
JohnMarch 15, 2019 at 4:44 am in reply to: web performance – disable template builder causes error to elements #1078988Hi Nikko,
Thanks for the reply.
I have this set to load only used elements with other sites and dont have the issue being experienced with the same caching plugin?
I did have and issue in installintg this demo content so perhaps somethjing went off there? Should I try a fresh install and see how that goes? Im wanting to get the most out the optimisation as possible.

JohnHi,
Just a theme user here… after updating to latest WordPress 5.0.3 and Enfold theme I had a similar issue but ended up installing the Classic Editor for WordPress. Seemed to fix it.
Funny, I just received an email today about this from one of my sites.
Glad to see it is on the task list for implantation. This was something to be quite honest I had not considered before now.
Cheers.
January 16, 2019 at 2:16 am in reply to: Site not displaying – conflict with Layer Slide, Latest version of PHP / MySql #1054463I just had an issue with Layer Slider when updating to latest version of WordPress and Enfold Theme just now.
The slider ceased to render its contents on the home page but the element space was there. I went through various options of clearing cache, changing caching plugins, removing adding element etc.. to no avail.
I then installed the plugin ‘Advanced Database Cleaner’ and went through General Cleanup and the Optimize sections.
Once completed, my slider came back :).
If you do use this suggestion, please make a backup before commencing as it has the potential to harm.
Good luck
JohnOK.. I think I have it working now.
I installed the plugin ‘Advanced Database Cleaner’ and ran through the cleaning.. Seems to have brought it back :) .
Cheers

Yes there seems to be a difference between the android I have and an iPhone (my wife’s).
If you could have a team memeber view it would be appreciated.
Those paddings you mentioned I will need to check and standardise them across the pages.
Let me know how you go with the iPhone?
Many thanks.

I’ll do some digging around.
I think you could close this off now.

JohnHi Victoria,
If I remove the code in Quick CSS that positions the social icons in mobile view (I have since placed it back for functionality for now) the burger menu would move to the right hand side however the social icons should either then show up the top with the phone number or thereabouts (above or below) whichever works?
Thanks

JohnHi Rikard,
back again.
I have noticed something a little wierd about the site and its physical size when performing a softaculous backup. The backed up file shows it as a massive 3,272.89 MB !
I’ve got no idea why this site would be so large? Most other sites that I have of a similar page size and content are around the 200Mb mark.
Any thoughts as to what I should look at here?
Cheers

JohnThanks for the reply.
How or where do I do this to test?

JohnHi Victoria,
That is odd?
Please try the one below.
Thanks
JohnThanks Victoria.
That has brought in the icons to the correct positioning in portrait but when viewed in landscape I am seeing double icons.
I’ve added an admin account just in case you need to take a look?

JohnHi Victoria,
Just a further update. I have it working now but not by the modified code. All I have done is duplicated the easy slider and applied the element visibility according to the slider.
So in the case of the mobile slider I am hiding all but the mobile (Hide on very small screens (smaller than 479px – eg: Smartphone Portrait) and modified the settings for the ‘sldieshow image and video size’ to be:
– No scaling (original width X original height)
– No, don’t stretch the image. If the browser is bigger than the image simply align it centeredHowever, if you think we can do this by CSS I’d be happy to try it out :)
Many thanks
JohnThanks Nikko
Its working but I have the burger menu and the social icons now stacked on top of each other.
Thanks
JohnThanks Victoria.
Ive tried the code with and without the easy slider adjustment but cannot get my mobile to show the refreshed image. Ive even cleared the cache several times as well.
What do you recommend then for an image size that will work like it is in desktop view but also in mobile etc.? I presently have the images set to 1500×430.
Thanks
