I also tried by creating the menu with personalized URL in each menu page of the ones that have submenus, but still the same problem :(
Thought that maybe the problem was that the menu and submenus didnt have URL, but i put the URL to each menu and submenu in the menu page of the enfold theme and not working.
Sorry with key I meant the button, I did not find the performance button.
When Ismael told me:
Performance > File Compression settings or disable it temporarily, then purge the cache
I meant i dont find this menú, Im spanish and have wordpress in spanish.

Perfect!! I uploaded the theme to my server vía the ftp program that you send me in the guide attached before and now I have the theme uploaded to the latest versión and I made then the Token Key in themeforest to register the theme and now the Avia Editor its working perfect! So thank you :)
The only thing I did not understand its where the Performance key its for managing the File Compression settings.
But everything its working perfect now, so maybe i do not need to do this?
