Thanks for that. I managed to do it and created a page template out of it.

I think because i did not have those images, when I pasted the shortcodes in, the page would not appear but creating a page template and then a new page worked.

However, because of that, I did not manage to replicate the nice effect of the transparent contact form over the full-width image. Would you be able to tell me how that was created? The template has the Color Section, the Image Control and the Contact form but I cannot seem to replicate the effect in that demo, which was what I was aiming for.
