I have deactivated all plugins but still no change.

Hi

Regarding the Special Heading, make sure that the element is not disabled in Enfold > Performance > Disable Template Builder Elements. Try temporarily loading all elements or manually toggling the required ALB elements.

I noticed when i do the above and click save all it says all SAVED but when I refresh the setting page it shows no changes on settings.

Thank you, so much you helped. My theme was on this folder: /public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold
that was the problem, thank you.
