Hi Rob,

Thanks for getting back to me. I solved this issue in cPanel by activating the zip extension from the PHP selector.

Thanks for your reply Victoria but the code doesn’t show the tooltip when when the icon is tapped on a tablet or phone.

Can this be achieved?

The icon is placed at the bottom right of the grey panel. To be clear, I’d like the tooltip to be displayed on mobile and tablets.

Thanks for the input Tameez.

That’s correct, although categories were selected before, since updating Enfold, sorting had disappeared. Categories need to be selected again in order to display the sorting feature.

This will pose a problem with new categories being excluded.

Hi.

Thanks for your reply but I think there’s some confusion regarding my query.
The latest Enfold update has removed the masonry categories sorting feature from above the portfolio masonry.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks Eliot,

I have but unfortunately they aren’t much help.

Can you recommend a functions code I could try to get Ajax search results using the ‘Search Everything’ plugin? That would be very helpful as I don’t have the issue using that plugin.
