Hi Rikard,

Thanks for the quick response!
The issue happened after the theme updated to 4.9.2.3. Gravity form updated to 2.6.3. Seems only to the browser language setting is Spanish.
I am not able to replicate the issue. Is there anything you can think of that we can try to troubleshoot?

Hi Jordan,
Yes, we are using caching plugin. I set it to Disabled for the past couple of days in order to see the changes. Then today when I switched to Enable, the changes stayed. It seems working fine now.

Hi Victoria,

I think the issue came from the image with hotspots. If I replace it with full width easy slides, the footer works fine with full width.

Thanks for looking into this. I have enabled the debug mode. Here is the code for debugging.

I noticed the 3 pages on 2 websites that have the same issues all have image with hotspots section on the top.

Hi Support,

I updated another page of this site. There are 2 issues appeared.

1) the full width footer becomes non-full width also.
2) the color sections supposed to be no border styling for tops and bottoms, but there are borders.

Thank you Joe for the work around!

I removed the burger menu by doing this –

Enfold Theme -> Main Menu tab which is above Header, from there you can configure the Burger/Mobile Menu items. I didn’t change anything, just clicked on Save all changes button, the Burger menu is gone. :)

I have the same problem and would like to remove the burger menu for desk top.

I checked the Enfold Child -> Header, there is no Mobile Menu tab

Please advise!

Hi raisonbrands,

For your API key error – I tested on my new website, you do need to verify the ownership of the domain in Google Search Console. The Alternate methods – HTML file upload should be pretty easy.

Hi Everyone,

I had google map fix codes in the functions.php for previous fix. After I commented out those codes, the map works. I also re-generated and entered the new API key.

Hi Yigit,

I updated the WordPress(4.5.1), Enfold(3.5.4), and all the plugins to the latest version. Tried de-activating all active plugins, the partner/logo link still open in the same window.
What else should I check?

The arrow on the right side will be on the top of the image if I reduce the browser size. Is there a way to avoid that?
