thank you for looking into this issue again. So you selected blue text color right? My issue is with the background color.
I have selected #fffaf2 as custom background color of the accordion element, also on other accordions on different pages (more examples in private). Everywhere there is the same result: toggle background is still white, only the expanded text has #fffaf2 background.
On the website all the white color sections should have toggles with #fffaf2 background as a contrast. Before the update it was like that. After the update the background color only is applied to expanded text. Is it supposed to be like that?

thank you for the notice. I updated the theme. Now the accordion background color works for the expanded text. However, it is still not applied to the toggle titles.

that´s great, thank you. In the Accordion element custom background color is not working for me. You find examples on the homepage of my website if you like to have a look. This issue is not that pressing so I just wait for the new version tomorrow and hope it fixes this.

thanks a lot! The spacing is fine now on my end. I can also switch it up via “Trennlinie/Leerraum” element . I just have to clear browser cache every time before changes take effect which is new. However, the custom accordion color still doesn´t get applied. Any idea how to fix this?
What fix did you apply for the spacing?

thank you for your support. I updated to version 4.8.5 but unfortunately the issue persists.
I also found another small issue. On the homepage the background color of the accordion element is not being applied. Maybe that helps to find the cause.
If you work on the site, you might need to deactivate WP Rocket for that time. Please reactivate when you are done.

Hi Nikko,
I cleared WP Rocket cache, disabled the plugin and then cleared mobile browser cache a couple of times. This does not change anything on the front end.
The code you provided is still active in quick css:
#top .av-tab-section-container .av-tab-arrow-container {
display: none;
}Can we maybe target the arrows in a different way to get rid of them? I already tried adding !important but that doesn´t help.

Hi Nikko,
thank you for looking into it. Enfold CSS file merging and compression is deactivated. We use WP Rocket for that. But deactivating the plugin and clearing cache doesn´t change anything. Any other ideas?

thank you for the code! Unfortunately it doesn´t change things on my end. I attach screenshots of the issue for you. On the mobile screenshots you see the little orange text over the tab section which should not be there. On the other screenshot you see the tab section option set to “display arrows”. If I change that to “not display arrows” the orange text is gone. I would just need a code that does the same for all tab sections.

sorry for the late update. Here is what I found:
– videos also do not play on my mobile device on other Enfold websites. On other websites not using Enfold they do.
– checked on another android device: there the videos play. So it seems to be a problem on my device.Video loading after one click only is the desired behaviour. On desktop that works. Is there a way to have that only mobile, too? (using “wait for user interaction to load video” to decrease loading time of the page)

1) Muting the video does not change anything. I do not want the video muted anyway. Neither do I want autoplay. I just need to show the thumbnail and then play the video with sound once it is clicked.
2) Did you check on mobile? On my end it only works on desktop. Checking with a Samsung Galaxy S20+.

thank you for the insights! I don´t really feel comfortable executing your suggestions myself since I messed up the complete site lately with similar actions. How do you think chances are a good developer could fix this and in which timeframe? There are also a couple of other issues I might need help with. So if you are free for freelance job or you know someone, please let me know.
The plugin does not have support, only a bug report. There I have already reported the problem.

Okay, thank you. I understand this is the intended bevaviour of the video element of Enfold due to technical restrictions from YouTube. The only way to change that would be using the iframe method suggested in the thread you linked. Downside would be that the video is loaded as soon as it comes into the viewport of the user.

thank you for your reply! So you suggest, this issue is due to WP Rocket? I don´t use the WP Rocket lazy load funtion for iframes and videos, only for images. For videos I use the Enfold lazy load function implemented in the video element.

Yes, the tab section still has issues. As far as I understand it, it´s flaws in the code. As described above, it seems like <div> elements are not being closed properly. There was also a problem with javascript in the tab sections. So for example the progress bars wouldn´t load properly. Haven´t tried that with the latest version again, though.
