Why difficult? As I understand, the whole thing is about z-index. Just define it in a right way for Slider.
In the theme I mentioned above, there is solution

but it doesnt work for me. I dont know why.
I cant satisfied with form inside slider because I need static form, and also there are some bugs with form if it is inserted in a slide =(

I can do something similar by inserting form shortcode ([ARForms id=101]) into slide’s “HTML / Video / Audio”, but this is not appropriate, because I need static form, and also there are some bugs with form if it is inserted in a slide. So, I added this shortcode to page, and by ARForms instruments I can set its position on the page, but I cant make this form above the slider =( Slider covers it, form is under a slider so it is invisible and visitors cant use it…
