Thanks for your response. While I am using the latest version of the theme, the site is still vey slow to load plus the backend WP access is unusually slow. Not like the other sites I have built and use the Enfold template. Any troubleshooting you can provide would be helpful. I provided the login credentials on initial inquiry.Rikard,

P.S. The site is scheduled to be refreshed this spring so the backend will be cleaned up.

1.) Yes, “Excerpt” is chosen which is why it’s baffling why content is not seen?
2. I did move forward and manually add the Social Share Buttons, thanks.

Thanks for your timely response. Troubleshooted with the site’s host (GoDaddy) who fixed the problem although they were not sure why it occurred.
Thanks for following-up and being able to find the root problem. Version 3.8 was installed on all sites. Kriesi, I love your custom template — keep it up!
Checking in on status. I haven’t been able to go in and edit the site since Sunday. Were you able to access FTP?
The FTP credentials previously sent are correct. Just used and got in via FileZilla. I originally contacted GoDaddy about the “Unknown host key” pop-up window and they said disregard and hit OK. They also said to the Port number is required.
Thank you. I uploaded the Enfold theme folder via FTP as recommended and unfortunately the problem still exists. Can you troubleshoot the problem?
Following up to see if you can help source and troubleshoot the problem. Still unable to edit any pages due to the pages not loading.
The PHP memory was increased to 256 by GoDaddy yesterday, but it unfortunately didn’t fix the problem.

I will contact GoDaddy and ask them to address and hopefully this will fix the problem. I will let you know, thanks!
The third party plugin deactivation fixed the problem, thanks! I will also look at the PHP memory as noted. Thank you for your timely and helpful assistance Josue!

Thanks for the timely response. I updated the theme but am still having the same problem. Circle of death still going round and round.
Hmm. Also, when I click on “Theme Options” in top main nav and try and change the “Frontpage Settings” drop down and then hit “Save all changes” button, I get black error message: “Saving didn’t work. Please reload page and try again.”
