AnneDid you have any other thoughts on why only our Enfold sites have this behaviour?
AnneHi, I know the sites are all on the same server manages by our developer – he was wondering why only the Enfold sites had this behaviour. I will pass on your reply,
Thanks, Anne
This has come back from our developer for me to ask you (sorry, its not an area I understand. so relaying the info):
“Thank you for your reply to adding in server directives. We can do this however we would like to add that we are at a loss on this. Because we work with Enfold and several other themes, including page builders we find we don’t need to add any server directives. These other themes and page builders don’t specify them either and their GSC accounts are clean of any paths related to WP Admin area and Theme paths.
So, I am quite confused why we would need to do this step specifically for Enfold?”Thank you – i’ll get them to check.
Anne
Hi,
I have a reply from my colleague – i hope I am explaining this correctly:
Is it possible for you tell us why the files and folders for Enfold, which are from the WordPress Admin side, are being picked up by Google and its crawlers? Files served within the administration area including WordPress themes folder should never be crawled and indexed. You can refer to the image that was attached initially. Thanks, Anne
Thanks Ismael,
I will pass this on and let you know if any other questions,
AnneThank you for explaining further – I will look into this,
thanks,
AnneHi,
this is not something I understand so I would have to get a developer involved.
I’m trying to understand why this would suddenly happen on a new build on a server that has not experienced this before with Enfold. Nothing different about the website. Do you know? Is it an Enfold issue?
Thanks for your help,
AnneHi, Sorry for late reply.
I thought that Envato / Theme Forest created one token for Enfold, so I only have the one same token loaded on each site. So I must have got that wrong for the last 10 years! How do you create a token each time you purchase?
Thanks,

thanks for looking into this for me. It will be interesting to see if anyone else has this issue. I will let you know if it crops up again.
Always appreciate your support – 9 years designing websites exclusively in Enfold and still going strong! Its a pleasure to work with,
thanks,
AnneApril 6, 2023 at 10:53 am in reply to: Pricing table edit to text in row messes up whole table #1403693Hi, thanks for your reply and sorry to be late getting back to you.
No odd formatting on the table I can see. I don’t know how to look for invalid html tags?
I deactivated each plug-in but no change.
I was only able to fix this and edit the one numeral I needed to change in the table by restoring an older version of the page, going back to the page and seeing the code displayed and finding the line and editing there.
I hope it will right itself by the time I need to do another table price edit.
Thanks,

I had wondered if I needed to select a location under Insertion’ – it is currently set to ‘Run everywhere’ so I guess that’s correct?
Brilliant support as always from Enfold! Thanks, Anne
November 14, 2022 at 7:10 am in reply to: Shop category thumbnail images are suddenly the wrong size #1372470Hi, sorry for the delay – my last reply did not send!
So I installed the plug-in and added the code snippet – just wondering if you can please tell me what location to select? Any other settings I need to konw – I’m new to this. And I assume its set as an HTML snippet?
Thanks, AnneNovember 3, 2022 at 4:46 am in reply to: Shop category thumbnail images are suddenly the wrong size #1371179Hi, thanks but I am not using a child theme and would have to keep updating that code? I don’t as a rule get into adding php code as I’m not confident with it.
Not sure why the sudden change – all was fine before. It will probably affect 3 shops I manage which is quite worrying. Is there not going to be a fix for this? I can send a log in if you need to look further.
Thanks – always appreciate your help, Anne. Thanks – close this now!
Thank you very much – got it. did not see that!
Great support as always from Enfold.
AnneHi,
thanks – the post I read said there was another version called ‘ReCaptcha V2 Invisible’ which is different from V2 and V3. The ‘Invisible’ version is the one we have a key for. I don’t want to waste your time on this – I’ll have to look into it further. V3 seems to have a lot of parameters to set which I don’t want.
Thanks for your help,
AnneHi,
thanks for your quick reply. The Captcha I want use is actually a different one – not ReCAPTCHA 2 or ReCAPTCHA 3 – but one called ReCAPTCHA v2 (Invisible reCAPTCHA badge).
I read about it here: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/versionsDo you know about this one? We have selected it precisely in the Google account to get the right keys, but there is no match to select for it in Enfold.
Thanks,
AnneThank you so much! We had server issues yesterday and I couldn’t see those html options… wondered what I was missing – I thought they must be there! Perfect.
Hi Rikard,
yes I still got the messages in a private browser window. it went on for some hours but they have gone now.
Thanks for the advice about contacting the plugin author – I will do that.
Once again, I appreciate all your help. Thanks,
AnneThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Rikard,
thanks – yes the messages have gone now debugging is off. I just clicked around on the orders page and go a critical error message again. I don’t know what is going on. And I’m not sure if it’s affecting the front end at all.
Thanks very much for helping – any suggestions for what I could do next or who to talk to?
thanks,
AnneThanks Rikard,
Yes, please disable debugging again. I think that will get rid of the message?
I deleted Jetpack recently – and also WooCommere Services as I don’t use them. Is that an old error message then?
Thanks,
AnneHi Rikard,
I see this info under site health status:
Debug mode is often enabled to gather more details about an error or site failure, but may contain sensitive information which should not be available on a publicly available website.
The value, WP_DEBUG_LOG, has been added to this website’s configuration file. This means any errors on the site will be written to a file which is potentially available to all users.
The value, WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY, has either been enabled by WP_DEBUG or added to your configuration file. This will make errors display on the front end of your site.
Do you need to remove the debug info?
Thanks,
AnneHi Rikard,
URGENT: I just went to he site and I’m getting a message: Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/flowersb/public_html/wp-config.php on line 113
This is in the admin area and on the live site at the top under a purple section that was not showing before. It is causing the message to interupt the header of the website. Do you know what this is or how to sort that?
Thanks,
AnneHi Rikard,
thanks so much for taking the time to look at that for me. I guess if you can’t see anything there, I should close this thread and see if it it happens again.
Thanks again – your theme and support are great!
AnneThis reply has been marked as private.Hi,
I realise that I don’t know how to enable debugging in WordPress. This is a beyond me – being more of a front-end designer…. Do you have recommendations of developers who I can pay to do this for me?
Thanks,
AnneHi Rikard,
thanks – I’ll try taking a back up first, then disabling plugins. Or see if I can work out how to create a staging environment. I’ll get back to you.
