I’m not using a mailchimp plugin. I’m using a lightbox plugin that displays the form. I embedded the code below in a widget. I took the code from the mailchimp site that generates the code. I don’t notice any jquery/javascript code in the beginning like your example.

I looked through the resource you provided, but I can’t make too much sense of it. I’m not a coder, so I’ve been searching all day for laymen explanations on how to exactly enclose in a “no-conflict wrapper” and looking for other solutions.

You mentioned that there are other solutions to this. I know how to access my php files and eit them. Is there something simple that I can do or do I need to hire a javascript person?

Thanks for this. I replaced as you suggested, but not getting full post with comments and social sharing.

I’ve tried different combos of settings, and this is what I currently have:

Enfold Theme Options: Front Page Settings = “Movement of the Week” page, “… display the Blog?” = “Select page”

WordPress admin Settings > Reading: Front page displays = static page = “Movement of the Week”, posts page= “Select”

Posts page “Movement of the Week” – used Avia editor and dragged “Blog posts” into content area
