Hi,
I think it would be best to ask WooCommerce support about it, as they know their plugin best.
Best regards,
AndyDecember 9, 2016 at 1:46 pm in reply to: I am having an issue with the sub-menu on my shop link (hover menu) #722412Hi,
please always open a new ticket for a new question, otherwise it gets very confusing for us (and other people trying to search for help here in our forum).
To be honest I have no idea what you’re trying to do. Please post a precise link showing the elements in question. Also a mockup showing the results you want to achieve would help us a lot (imgur.com, dropbox). Maybe it’s best to open a new ticket for your recent question.

you can control button’s height with this code inside Quick CSS field:
input.button { height: 50px; }

link you’ve provided does not work, can you check please?

AndyHi!
AndyHi!
please open a new ticket in our support forum, instead of posting in a very old thread about it.
Send us admin access, so we can have a deeper look into it.Regards,
AndyHi,
I can’t find any sidebar with the elements in question. Please always provide us a precise link.

AndyDecember 8, 2016 at 2:43 pm in reply to: Masonry – portfolio items – filter showing blanks with Hierarchical Categories #721993Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Did you make any theme customizations? if yes remove them to check if one is causing this.
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi,
please stick to on question in one thread only. Feel free to open a new ticket for a new question.
I tried to check the website you’ve provided, but can’t find the elements in question. Please always share a precise link with us.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please ask plugin’s author and come back to us with their answer about this.

AndyHi,
so use ALB for your blog posts. Then add a “Blog Posts” element from “Content Elements”. Then open to edit it. You’ll see this: http://imgur.com/a/qzVUx
Look for “Blog Style”.Best regards,
AndyHi,
make sure you remove any theme customizations you’ve done. Then delete all theme files via FTP, before getting a fresh theme copy from your themeforest account. So make sure you’re using a clean installation of everything (without plugins, cache, etc.), to see if the issue persists or not. Let us know about your results.

Best regards,
AndyHi,
ne, das geht leider nicht :).
Liebe Grüße,
AndyHi,
there is no other option within the theme settings. Otherwise you would need to search for a plugin with such a function.

AndyDecember 8, 2016 at 2:13 pm in reply to: vertical testimonial in sidebar or just at the side as vertical #721961Hi,
you can move it using this code:
.avia-testimonial-meta { left: -64px; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,
no, this is not correct. Please read our documentation about how tu use it properly carefully: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
nein, scheint dieses Plugin was du verwendest, verwendet keine besonderen CSS Klassen, aber am besten du fragst das noch mal beim Autor des Plugins nach.
Gruß,
AndyHi,
in Enfold->Theme Options->”Your Themeforest User Name” & “Your Themeforest API Key”.

AndyHi,
not sure what you mean, but you need to regnerate your thumbnails, when changing image sizes.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try it and let us know about your results.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
there is no screenshot in your last post, so can you provide us one? I still can’t find the error.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try this code inside Quick CSS field:
#top .av-main-nav ul ul { left: 207px; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,
wie gesagt das wird nicht so einfach gehen. Schick uns mal Admin Zugang und wir schauen, ob wir da etwas für dich machen können. Wahrscheinlich müsstest du dafür einen Freelance Developer engagieren.
Gruß,
AndyHi,
this won’t be easily possible. You can move it up or down instead:
.textwidget { position: relative; top: 24px; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,
ich weiß zwar immer noch nicht genau was du möchtest (eine Skizze würde sehr helfen), aber vielleicht ist es das hier was du suchst:
.header_color .main_menu .menu ul li a:hover, .header_color .av-subnav-menu ul a:hover { border-right: 1px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.48); border-bottom: 2px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.48); }
Gruß,
AndyHi,
nehme dafür diesen Code:
.avia_mega_div.avia_mega6.twelve.units { width: 897% !important; right: -500% !important; }
und passe so wie du es brauchst an.
Gruß,
Andy -
