I can’t explain it better than already done in our documentation. I could simply repeat, but that wouldn’t help. Hundreds of customers have used it succesfully, so I guess it works fine :).

As far as I unerstand what you did so far:
Use catalogue as custom css class. Then use a code like this inside of Quick CSS field:

@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) and (min-width: 768px) { 
.catalogue { 
padding-right: 0px; margin-right: -10px; 
}
}

wenn du wissen willst, ob irgendein Code im Konflikt steht, dann nimm jeden Code einzeln raus und schau welcher die Ursach sein könnte. Aber ich bezweifle das dies in deinem Fall so sein könnte.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
