Hi!
I can’t see any difference between the two links on mobile. Can you provide screenshots of what you see? use imgur.com or public dropbox folder.
Also please clear browser cache.Regards,
AndyApril 5, 2015 at 2:40 am in reply to: Search engine not clickable, writable and predictive anymore #423546Hey!
we can’t do much with the HTML code. We really would need to have access to the website to be able to inspect it.
However try the following:
1. Make sure to use newest WordPress and theme version.
2. Deactivate all plugins, to see if one is causing this issue.
3. Completely delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.Hope this helps.
Can you provide us screenshots showing the problem? you can use imgur.com or public dropbox folder.
Regards,
AndyHey!
I activated Gravity Forms.
After activating your Advanced Layout Builder is working fine for me:
as well as adding portfolio items:
I can’t see the issue you have described. Could you fix it?
Please have in mind that when you post again and again our forum systems thinks you already got your an answer. It’s better to just wait. If you need quicker help, I suggest to hire a freelancer.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
I think you need to work with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Hope this helps.
Regards,
AndyHi!
it seems you did it, at least for the first slider, right? they are showing up for me fullscreen.
Try with this code to control the sliders height:
.avia-slideshow-inner { height: 480px !important; }
Cheers!
AndyHey matvada!
I think it would be possible, but it would require a huge amount of customization and for this you would need to contact someone for example here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Regards,
AndyHey!
For logo:
div .logo { left: 42%; }
For menu:
#header_main_alternate { left: 10%; }
Adjust as needed.

AndyHi gupshupdotme!

use this to control the video size:
div .mejs-video { width: 150% !important; height: 450px !important; }

can you provide us admin access please? post login details here as private reply.
Try to edit the contact form and open the Email and Phone fields, click save and update your page. Then check again.
Regards,
AndyHey!
login does not work for me, please check. However, I can’t see any sidebar on the bottom of the link you have provided (only a normal footer and socket). Can you please provide screenshots of what you see?
If the problem persists: Try to deactivate all plugins, to see if one is causing this issue. Afterwards switch them on again one by one to see which one is causing it.
Regards,
AndyHi Erich!
we can’t provide support for any third party plugins, but can you please post a link to your website? make sure to use newest WordPress and theme version. Also try to deactivate all other plugins, to make sure none is causing this problem. Please contact the plugin’s author.
Regards,
AndyHi alfaweb2!
Was meinst du mit Hintergrund Overlay? kannst du uns bitte screenshots schicken? (imgur.com oder public dropbox Ordner)
Gruß,
AndyHey alfaweb2!
#main > .container_wrap:first-child { background: white !important; } #main > .container_wrap:first-child .container { background: white; }
Hoffe das hilft.
Gruß,
AndyHey alfaweb2!
du könntest es mit diesem Plugin erreichen: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Gruß,
AndyHi alfaweb2!
AndyHey!
I checked your testimonials and they work fine for me, also after minimizing browser window or opening a new tab.
Please upgrade to Enfold v3.1.3. and check if things get better with google maps for widget area. I can’t reproduce the issue on my installation, so try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this problem.

as I already told you I checked your contact form, but can’t see any issue. Can you please provide us screenshots of what you see? Please try on another smartphone as well, to double check.
You can also try to deactivate all your plugins, to see if one is causing the issue, but as I already told you your website looks fine to me …Regards,
AndyApril 4, 2015 at 6:35 pm in reply to: Input type="phone" or "Number" doesnt work in forms on smartphones #423482Hey John!
I checked your shortcode on my local installation and it worked fine. I also checked the contact form on your website, which is also working fine for me. No field is disappearing for me. Which device are you using? please check on another smartphone as well.
Enfold uses the standard WordPress contact form, which does not have the option to switch automatically to numbers for the phone field.Cheers!
AndyHey alfaweb2!
your login details are not working, please check.
The Avia Layout Builder is a theme function and can’t be used on 3rd party plugins. You would need to contact the plugin’s author.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
1.) Füge diesen Code ins Quick CSS ein:
#top .product div.images img { width: 50%; }
2.) Du kannst den Button hiermit unterdrücken:
.image-overlay .image-overlay-inside:before { display: none; }
Hoffe das hilft :)
Lieben Gruß,
AndyHey Kayzel!
please upgrade to Enfold v3.1.3. and try to deactivate all other plugins, to see which one could cause this issue. Afterwards you can activate them again one by one to see which if one is causing it.
Did you check out Poedit?
Hope this helps.
Regards,
AndyHey!
I can’t reproduce this issue neither (which means on our local installation we can’t see it). So I think a plugin might cause this problem. Please deactivate all of them and check if things get better. Afterwards you can activate them again one by one to see which one is causing this.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
AndyApril 4, 2015 at 4:02 am in reply to: Custom Tab Shortcode to allow shortcodes in the Title field #423335Hi!
can you please add a link to the website in question?
Please try to deactivate all plugins to see if that helps. Afterwards you can activate them again one by one to see which one is causing this issue. Let us know if this helps.
Make sure to use newest WordPress and theme version.Best regards,
AndyHi alfaweb2!
AndyHi!
I can see different errors in chrome console for this website (most errors belonging to plugins). Make sure all plugins are up to date. Please deactivate all of them, afterwards you can activate them again one by one to see which plugin is causing this problem. Let us know about any news when you are done with it.
Best regards,
AndyHey augenblende!
@media only screen and (max-device-width: 667px) { #top .checkout #payment #place_order { margin-top: 0px; }}
Cheers!
