You could try to turn on custom CSS class for all ALB elements and give the image in question a unique CSS class. Then you can give only this image the height you want, with a code like this:.your-custom-CSS { height: 423px !important; max-height: 423px !important; }Regards,

not sure what you are trying to achieve and if you think there is any issue with layer slider then please upgrade to the newest theme version at first (Enfold v3.3.1).

it can possibly be that it’s not compatible and why do you need such a plugin if you can use Enfold’s ALB? Unfortunately we can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins and you would need to ask plugin’s author if there is a possible fix.

I am using a MacBook Pro 15” and it is showing me 2column, 1column, 2 column, 1 column arrangement as well. So I suggest to use a 2 column gallery instead of a 3 column gallery.

hast du denn zuvor alle Theme Dateien via FTP korrekt gelöscht?
Bei mir und weit über tausend anderen Nutzern funktioniert die Navi wunderbar … daher können wir nicht viel machen denk ich, weil wir den Fehler nicht reproduzieren können.

edit your fullscreen slider element and change an image. In the new window which will open click on “Captions” and make all your settings there. You can also import the demo in questions to check it out. You can use a new installation (for example local host one) if you don’t want to overwrite existing settings.
Use this code for caption background:

I can’t access your website. There seems to be an issue with W3 total Cache Plugin. Remove it via FTP and then deactivate all other plugins as well to check if things get better for you.

I can’t open the URL in your private content and I get a “500 Internal Server Error”. However, I am not sure if it will be possible what you are trying to do. Basically you want to change your second menu into a mobile menu, right?

also wenn schon ein Ordner gefehlt hat, dann ist wohl etwas schief gelaufen bei der Theme Installation und in diesem Fall muss ich dich noch mal beten alle Theme Dateien via FTP zu löschen und dir eine frische Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account zu besorgen. Gehe sicher, dass du das Theme via FTP korrekt installierst: https://vimeo.com/64927356

du verwendest eine veraltete Theme Version … bitte führe zunächst ein Update zur neuesten Enfold Version durch.
Gehe in dein Caching Plugin Einstellungen und deaktiviere das Caching. Anschließend leere deinen Browser Cache und hard refresh einige Male. Hinterher deaktiviere das Caching Plugin sowie alle anderen Plugins und checke anschließend noch mal, ob es mit den Shortcodes so klappt wie bei mir, wenn du zum normalen Editor wechselst.Gruß,
