you are using WP Super Cache Plugin. Go into plugin’s setting and switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this and all other plugins. Then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check again.

1.) Your menu looks fine to me on Chrome as well as on Firefox. Make sure to use newest browser version. Which OS are you using?

1. Menu font size:
#avia-menu > li > a { font-size: 15px; }2. Not sure what you mean with widget and padding. Please always use screenshots, examples or something visual to make things clear for us.
3. No idea what you mean with widget and floating up … sorry. Please explain further and show us what you mean.
4. To get rid of white space as shown in your screenshot:.content, .sidebar { padding-top: 0; margin-top: -95px; }adjust margin-top as needed.

Wordpress and/or the theme can’t know automatically which image size you prefer and images are displayed differently on different browsers. If you want to have 100% control over image sizes you need to define the specific size yourself. However, as WordPress is cropping images by default when uploading, you could try to use a plugin like this to have more control: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/

this is general WordPress question. However, go to Design–>Menu and open “Links” to create a new menu. Use “#” as URL.

you could try to adjust via CSS code background-size and background-position of the image in question for different screen sizes. We would need to inspect the elements in question, so please provide us a URL if you can’t manage it yourself.

not sure, but if Event Calendar is causing this issue we can’t do much about it. You need to ask plugin’s author. However, try this code in Quick CSS field:
