you could try to control position of your background image on iPad with this code:

you could use post-id instead of page-id for blog pages. Not sure if it work with form-id and maybe you can ask mailchimp about that, as they know their forms best.

are you able to set your title/description with All in One SEO Plugin? if yes then ask plugin’s author why it’s not working correctly for you. Maybe it is caused by a conflict with another plugin. Try to use as less plugins as possible and deactivate those which are not necessarily needed.
