I have never seen this before. Did you make some changes in theme files or added some custom css to achieve such a behavior? Try to deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this. If that does not help send us admin access and we take a look. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins?

4 columns are displayed next to each other on chrome for me. Make sure to use newest browser version and check on another computer as well. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

you should be able to change it inside of ALB when editing the icon list element. However, you can control font size with this code in Quick CSS field:

.iconlist_title {
font-size: 10px;
}
.iconlist_content p {
font-size: 12px;
}

Adjust as needed.
