noch mal: bitte aktiviere ein standard WP Theme und teile uns mit, ob du dort ähnliche Ergebnisse erhältst oder nicht.

Ich hatte bei eoltrainer im Backend nachgeschaut. Du hast deine Login Daten hier noch gar nicht gepostet, daher hole dies bitte nach.

Du kannst in Ruhe alle Theme Dateien via FTP löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Kopie von deinem Themeforest Accuont installieren. Alle Einstellungen bleiben erhalten, da sie in deiner Datenbank gespeichert sind. Mache dennoch ein Backup vorher.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

yes, and this is default behavior of Masonry Gallery.
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

as you can see when you activate ALB for product pages: “Please note that the Advanced Layout Builder for products will not work with all WooCommerce Extensions”
Which means that you if you want elements like Fullscreen Slider you need to activate ALB, but then you will get into trouble if you don’t just use very basics WooCommerce elements. So in your case it won’t be really possible and it would a job for a freelance developer.

you need access to your FTP and then go ahead and delete all theme files via FTP. You won’t lose anything, but still we recommend to have a backup, just in case. Make sure you install a fresh copy from your themeforest account. You can check your API key inside Enfold settings and then go into your themeforest account to check which Enfold license it belongs to.

bitte beantworte immer all unsere Fragen, also noch mal: hast du ähnliche Probleme mit einem anderem (standard) WP Theme? bitte teile uns über deine Ergebnisse mit bei deinen Tests.

Du verwendest eine veraltete WP und Theme Version. Bitte halte alles immer aktuell und sag uns bescheid, ob sich durch die Aktualisierung etwas verbessert.
Lasse alle Plugins immer deaktiviert, wenn du Tests durchführst.

remove all your elements on the page in question, update your page, and finally re create everything.

However, it seems to me that the png you want to use is not correctly uploaded inside your WP media files. So upload it again. I created a test page with a jpeg from yours where it’s working fine (s. link in private).

Link you’ve provided seems to work fine for me, I can’t see anything wrong. Can you highlight what you mean with screenshots please? use imgur.com or dropbox.

However, it sounds to me as a cache issue. I noticed that you have used a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then deactivate it again and try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

Also remove any custom code you’ve implemented to check if one is causing this issue.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
