we can’t do much about this plugin, we simply have no knowledge about it at all. You need to ask plugin’s author or search a different plugin to achieve something similar. Why is your title not showing? does it show when you activate this (or all) plugin? Can you provide us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it please?

hm? you said you already deleted all theme files and replaced them with a fresh installation, so that should not be the case. For thousand of customers it does work fine, including on my own installation, so I still think there are some corrupted files. Please repeat the procedure and completely delete ALL theme files via FTP before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

also der header scheint für mich über die gesamte Breite zu gehen. Was genau möchtest du also erreichen? willst du einfach dass das Logo etwas mehr links und das Menü etwas mehr nach rechts verschoben wird?

1.) Telling date and time of a post/thread does not help at all, please provide a precise link instead. Use screenshots and a precise link to show what you mean, I can’t see any grey bar at all. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
2.) Alright. It does display fine on my htc one s mobile device, as already said. Let’s see what happens when you check on a different device.

das müsstet du mit dem Autor des Plugin abklären. Wenn das Plugin nicht auf die standard CSS Formatierung zurückgreift, dann können wir da vom Enfold Team nicht viel machen. Wir empfehlen mit diesem Plugin zu arbeiten: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/. Vielleicht tut es das selbe wie das was du bisher verwendest.
