1.) Not sure which element you mean. Can you highlight using screenshots please? use imgur.com or dropbox.

2.) to hide sku use this code in Quick CSS field:

.product_meta {
display: none;
}

3.) To hide most recent posts:

section#recent-posts-2 {
display: none;
}

4.) To change/translate any text strings use Poedit or LocoTranslate plugin.

I tried every page in your menu but non has any sidebar. Can you provide us a link where we can see that it’s your right sidebar is working for you? Try to deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this issue. Clear cache (plugin) and hard refresh a few times.

I checked the page in private content and not sure what you want to achieve, as it looks quite weird with so many menu items on the whole page. Maybe you reached menu limit for WordPress. Try this in your .htaccess file:

php_value max_input_vars 5000 

If that does not help then try this in php.ini file:

suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000
suhosin.request.max_vars = 5000 

or this:

max_input_vars = 5000

and then restart server if necessary.

I can’t see any issue on your website. However, you could try to add some media queries to Ismael’s code:

@media screen 
  and (min-width: 1200px) 
  and (max-width: 1600px) {
#header .mega_menu_title img {
    min-height: 135px;
}}

Adjust min-width and max-width value as needed.

nein kein WordPress neu aufsetzen, sondern nur wie bereits gesagt, alle theme Daten via FTP löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account installieren.

FTP pw angeben beim Plugin Update ist wie gesagt völlig normal. Bei gewöhnlichen Fragen zu WordPress wende dich in Zukunft bitte ans generelle WordPress Forum.
