You are using an old version of the theme, so please upgrade to Enfold 3.4.7 and let us know if you still need help afterwards. Upgrade your WordPress as well.

we can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins or 3rd party scripts, as written in our support policy. Does it work for you when using a default WordPress theme?

hm the link you have provided looks totally fine to me. Where can we see the issue? I think we need admin access. Deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.

no, we don’t have a screenshot for you for these plugin. We don’t provide support for any 3rd party plugins as written in our support policy. However, in my experience W3TC+BWP is a good choice.

please deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue. Send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. make sure to use newest theme and WordPress version.

what if you activate only Jetpack plugin? unfortunately we can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. However, what is Jetpack support saying about it? We will notify Kriesi about it if the problem persists, so please let us know about any further information.

was genau gefällt dir an dem Enfold Widget nicht? vielleicht können wir dir mittels css code ein wenig aushelfen. Ansonsten gibt es mit Sicherheit sehr viele Plugins da draußen, einfach mal googeln :).

leider sehe ich keinen Button mehr, wenn ich die Seite öffnen. Warum setzt du ihn in single.php ein? warum nicht einfach ein button aus dem ALB verwenden? du könntest auch mit shortcodes mittels “Insert theme shortcode” einsetzen, wenn du den standard Editor verwendest.

da können wir leider nicht viel machen, wenn da ein Virus im Werk ist. Bitte installiere entsprechende Security Plugins und ich empfehle dir alle Dateien von deinem Server platt zu machen (erfrage dies bei deinem Host), um alles neu aufzusetzen.

de repente esto causa el plugin “WP Super Cache”. Entra a los settings de este plugin y desactiva el caching. Luego refresca el browser cache de Firefox.
