I changed header pixel height in your Enfold’s header height. Then I added this code at the bottom of your Quick CSS field:
/* kriesi custom code */ #top .title_container .container { padding-top: 100px; } #text-6 { padding-top: 0px; top: 78px; }and now it seems to be fine for me. Can you confirm please?

I think not much we can do at the moment due to a WordPress limitation I think. Check it by trying it with a default WordPress theme.

we can’t confirm that, as it would be almost impossible without knowing 100% the cause of the issue. It won’t take much time and you won’t loose any settings by deleting all theme files and replacing them afterwards with a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

bitte Login Daten nicht öffentlich posten, das kann gefährlich sein, stattdessen immer als private Nachricht. Ich habe es bereits für dich geändert.
Habe bei dir den LayerSlider “Kriesi-test” eingerichtet und konnte erfolgreich Bilder in Slides einfügen. Fast all deine Bilder werden jedoch in deiner Medienüberisicht nicht angezeigt. Ich denke da ist etwas bei WordPress generell schief gelaufen. Lösche die Bilder und lade sie neu hoch. Aktiviere ein standard WordPress und schau, ob du dort das selbe Problem hast und teil uns bitte deine Ergebnisse hier mit.

es wird keine Probleme mit Child theme geben, wenn du den Enfold Ordner löscht. Alle Änderungen bleiben erhalten. Dennoch empfehlen wir immer ein Backup zu machen, für den Fall der Fälle.

haben wir die Erlaubnis all deine Plugins zu deaktivieren? Hast du wirklich ALLE Theme Daten komplett via FTP gelöscht? bevor du dir eine frische Kopie geholt hast? Verwendest du eine Art Caching (Plugin, etc.)? verwendest dein Server eine Art Caching? Bitte erfrage dies bei deinem Host.
Kannst du denn ungefähr sagen seit wann dieses Problem aufgetreten ist?

gehe sicher, dass du alle Theme Dateien komplett löscht und dir hinterher eine frische Kopie installierst. Dann müsste es denke ich wieder klappen. Viel Glück!

your changes of header height are not visible for you? if that’s the case then it’s might be because you haven been using a caching Plugin, so activate it again, go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Deactivate this and all other plugins. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

as far as I know there were some issues with this plugin in the past. So no sure if it’s really compatible with Enfold. You would need to ask plugin’s author for help about it.

we recommend to use Yoast SEO plugin or maybe there is another plugin with such function out there for you.
