ja, es wird überschrieben. Gehe folgendermaßen vor: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/
und verwende ebenfalls die functions.php in deinem Child Theme.

Maybe there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

das ist nicht wirklich präziser. Präziser ist es, wenn du uns sagst von welcher bis welcher Bildschirmgröße du was haben möchtest. Möchtest du AB 600px dieses Verhalten? oder nur BIS 600px dieses Verhalten? bitte genau formulieren was du haben möchtest. Und wie gesagt hast du jetzt den Code mit allen Werten, um genau das hinzukriegen was du möchtest. Du musst nur noch die Zahlen anpassen.

diesen Slider hier: http://grizzlies.de/ kriegst du auch mit den Fullscreen-Slider hin. Klar könntest du auch den Layerslider nehmen, aber der ist komplizierter in der Handhabung (dafür auch mehr Möglichkeiten). Du brauchst dafür kein weiteres Plugin suchen, da Enfold dafür alles bereits mitbringt.
