Deine Anfrage bezüglich Support müsstest du direkt bei demjenigen bei dem du es erworben hast stellen, also Themeforest/Envato in diesem Fall.

gehe sicher, dass du wirklich das Caching Plugin ordentlich installiert hast. Manchmal wird sonst immer noch weiter gecached (obwohl das Plugin deaktiviert/gelöscht ist). Eventuell sind einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall lösche alle Theme Dateien komplett via FTP und hole dir anschließend eine frische Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

Can you provide us a precise link with the elements in question please? we need to be able to inspect them.

Try to add an !important:

.ui-datepicker-calendar .ui-datepicker-week-end+.ui-datepicker-week-end a.ui-state-default, .ui-datepicker-calendar tr > td:first-child a.ui-state-default  {
    background-color: gold;
    pointer-events: none !important;
}

and clear browser cache afterwards. Check on another mobile device as well.
