Best regards,
AndyHey JuanjoBarasoain,
can’t see any hover effect on the image, so seems you could achieve it. Don’t forget to clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the image size in question (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.Best regards,
AndyHey Luisgasser,
make sure to use newest theme version. Deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.

AndyHi,
this is what I see on your website: http://i.imgur.com/evvaNCt.png, which looks pretty much what you want to achieve (as shown on your screenshot). So could you achieve it already?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please remove any customizations you’re currently using, to find out which one is causing this issue.
Is your host using any kind of caching? if yes deactivate it.
If that doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi,
alright. Send us admin access, if you need further help with this issue.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
the issue might be caused because you haven’t updated it. We highly recommend to keep everything up to date.

then switch temporarily to a default WP theme for testing purposes and let us know about your results.

AndyMarch 29, 2017 at 3:00 pm in reply to: Problem with disabled sidebar on WooCommerce single product page #768846Hi,
I guess a plugin is causing this issue, so best to deactivate all of them to check is that’s true. Then activate them again one by one until you find the on causing it.
In the future please provide us screenshots of the elements to make things clear for us.Use this code inside Quick CSS field to remove this element:
.tab_content.active_tab_content { display: none; }
You might want to hide this one too:
section#text-26 { display: none; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,
glad you could fix it!

bei mir sieht alles in Ordnung aus: http://imgur.com/a/242MU
Bitte einmal deinen Browser Cache leeren und einige Male ein hard refresh machen.

AndyHi,
can you be more clear/specific please? about which menu are you talking about which is not working? please always provide us a precise link and a screenshot highlighting what you’re talking about.
I checked your mobile menu, but it seems to work fine for me and I can’t see any issues.
Remember to check if you’ve got correct settings in:
Enfold->Header->Mobile Menu->”Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items”Best regards,
AndyHi,
no, as fullscreen slider has nothing to do with LayerSlider.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
so seems some code inside your child theme is causing it. Go ahead and find out which one exactly, by removing them one by one.
Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndyHi,
we never heard about this issue before. My feeling is that it’s caused by WP Engine, as I think there is some kind of caching or CDN service active on their end, wich causes all this. Also ask if there is enough php memory limit available (256MB at least).
I tried to connect to your FTP, but login does not work, can you check please?
Still it seems to me that you did not follow our instructions to delete all theme files and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account, as you’re still using an old version. So please login into your themeforest account and download a new fresh Enfold version. Then install this one via FTP. Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
sure, there are hundreds of other plugins out there. It’s just that we can’t guarantee that they’ll work smoothly with Enfold. With Mailchimp we can guarantee and provide support here.

Best regards,
AndyHi,
you’re correct.
However, the solution provided by Ismael should work. I guess the issue is not really theme related, as you would have the issue with another WP theme as well.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I can’t login into your WP backend after brute force login. Can you provide us a precise login page please?
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

AndyHey S-edwards,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyMarch 28, 2017 at 4:34 pm in reply to: How to place two icons side by side in one column in a centered position #768275Hi,
I can’t see the issue when I shrink browser screen. Which screen size are you using to get those results?
However, basically you need to adjust the media queries of Mike’s code and then you can play with different margin-left values, until it fits for you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I tested on my own installation and for me Masonry Gallery works fine, also when “Lightbox Modal Window” is deactivated.
I made some testings on your end @jimFG and your Masonry Gallery is still working fine for me, also when I deactivate “Lightbox Modal Window”.
I also made some testings on your end @Poirot and your Masonry Gallery is working fine for me, also when I deactivate your “Lightbox Modal Window”.
Please switch off any caching function, then deactivate the cache plugin as well as all other plugins, clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Best regards,
AndyHey Wanda,
make sure to upload images with the exact same size.
Also try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the image size (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.Best regards,
