Hi!
try to follow this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/generate-new-image-sizes-in-child-theme/
If that does not help you then you might need to hire a freelance developer for this job.
Regards,
AndyHey!
super, dass du es hinbekommen hast. Lass uns gerne in einem neuen Ticket wissen, wenn du wieder Hilfe brauchst mit dem Theme. Wir unterstützen dich gerne.
Gruß!

AndyHi!
weiß nicht was du meinst. Anchor Links funktionieren wunderbar mit Enfold. Was genau möchtest du? vielleicht wäre es am Besten wenn du einen Freelance Developer engagierst.
Gruß,
AndyHey JWVK,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi,
so do you still need help with this or not?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
I hope this will help :).Best regards,
AndyHey Chris,
no and we would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

not sure what you mean, but you can change Enfold’s image sizes manually, as shown here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-image-sizes/#post-336176
Best regards,
AndyHi,
we need admin access and a precise link showing the elements in question to be able to help.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
yes please, do it again, as I can’t reproduce the issue on my installation and as it works fine for thousands of other customers. Make sure your server does not get cached and ask your host about it.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please use different tickets for different questions. Explain exactly what you want to achieve in your new ticket. Provide us precise links and if possible also a mockup showing what you want to achieve. You can use imgur.com or dropbox.

I can’t reproduce the issue. Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

link you’ve provided does not show anything, but one sentences only:
“Klicken Sie hier um Ihren eigenen Text einzufügen”Please provide us a precise link where we can inspect the elements in question. Quite difficult to imagine what you need though.
Please use different tickets for different questions.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
not sure what you want to achieve. I can’t find any issues on your site. Can you explain further please? and please add some screenshots to make things clear for us. Use imgur.com or dropbox.

I checked your Quick CSS field and you are still using this code:
ul { list-style: disc outside; margin-left: 7px; }So please remove it.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
thanks for the additional information and thanks for being patient. Our devs are looking into it.

does this happen when activating a default WordPress theme as well? please let us know about your results.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyHey Nurmalso,
nein die gibt es nicht. Du müsstest dir entsprechende Plugins dafür heraus suchen.

AndyHi,
add some media queries to control behavior on different screen sizes. Something like this:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia-builder-el-0.avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slideshow { height: 300px !important; }}and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
remove any modification you have done (custom code, etc.). Then delete all theme files via FTP again and afterwards install a fresh copy from your themeforest account. I can’t reproduce the issue on my installation and it’s working for thousand of other users as well. That’s why I guess there are still some corrupted theme files.
