Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area.

please use different tickets for different question/issues.

1.) Use stretched layout instead and check again. If that does not help then please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

if you import a demo then you will loose all your settings, because they get replaced by the demo. In your case I recommend to get a backup.

If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

sounds as your host is using some kind of caching on your server. Please ask them about this issue and tell them to deactivate any caching. Check if you got similar results with a default WP theme.

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
