can you show us about which whitespace element you’re talking about exactly?
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

I checked page in question, seems to work fine for on iPad. Can you clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times please? Also check on another iPad. If the issue persists then please send us screenshots showing what’s going on for you (imgur.com, dropbox).

not sure what you mean, cause I can’t see any issues on your website when opening for example page in private content. Menu does not stay for me when opening this. Can you check on another mobile device as well please? which device are you using?

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins for testing purposes?
