404 page is not controlled by the theme, but by WordPress itself. I would search for a plugin with such functions or have a look here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_an_Error_404_Page

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

formatting.php is not an Enfold file, but a WordPress’ default one. So check if you get the same issue using a WP default theme.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
