Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

404 page is not controlled by the theme, but by WordPress itself. I would search for a plugin with such functions or have a look here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_an_Error_404_Page
Best regards,
AndyHey KlausR,

Kriesi is working for a fix right now. Thanks for being patient. A workaround if you can’t wait: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/solution-to-google-maps-key-issues/
Best regards,
AndyHey Mudfish488,
formatting.php is not an Enfold file, but a WordPress’ default one. So check if you get the same issue using a WP default theme.
Best regards,
AndyHey Valerie,
update will come with a new Enfold update. Sounds to me as you would need to go for a backup.
Best regards,
AndyHey nokostudio,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area
Best regards,
AndyHey b3plus,
you could use a video element instead and display it on mobile only (while hiding it on desktop).

use this code inside Quick CSS field
.html_header_sidebar #top #header .social_bookmarks li.social_icon_1 a:hover { background-color: transparent; color: grey; } .html_header_sidebar #top #header .social_bookmarks li a:hover { background-color: transparent; color: grey; } .html_header_sidebar #top #header .social_bookmarks li a:hover { background-color: transparent; color: grey; }

AndyHey grupoabades,
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
I hope this will help :).Best regards,
AndyHey mofix,
it would require heavy customizations of the theme to achieve this. We recommend to work with Whitespace elements. If you still want to go for it you would need to hire a freelance developer for this job: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Best regards,
AndyHey hanssmeijsters,
no need to show us your codes here.
1.) Either is fine.
2.) Does it work for you when using a default WordPress theme?
Best regards,
AndyHey Damien,
are you talking about transparent header? when editing a page scroll down and look on the right side for “Header visibility and transparency”. Choose “Transparent Header”.
Best regards,
AndyHey jaroljmek,
feel free to follow Kriesi on Facebook and/or Twitter, to get to know about any news.
