can you share a precise link where google maps should be displayed?
Best regards,
AndyHey Dist,
as far as I know it should work fine with WP Engine.
Best regards,
AndyHey brainxchange,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
AndyHey leitnerjo,
you can use it for your project.

AndyHey danwassink,
try this code inside Quick CSS field:
.dwqa-question-item .avatar { left: -70px !important; }

AndyHi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi,
sorry, but I can’t see what you’re talking about. Please provide us screenshots of the issue, so we can clearly see what’s going on.

AndyHey deroken,
there is no login information in private section at all. However, we can’t do much about 3rd party plugins, as written in our support policy. If plugin’s author can’t help you then you would need to search for another plugin or hire a freelance developer to make the plugin compatible: kriesi.at/contact/customization
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue.

use this code inside Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { li.av-single-slide.slide-1.active-slide { background-position: -220px 0px !important; }}
and adjust as needed.

AndyHey jbinmn,
1. No, there is no easy way to do it. Feel free to hire a freelance developer for this job: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
2. Not sure what you want to achieve, cause right now it looks like this:
Which seems pretty much what you want to achieve. Would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)Best regards,
AndyAugust 11, 2016 at 4:36 pm in reply to: 'sslverify = false' with 'wp_remote_get' == bad practice! #671428Hey Jan,
I think Kriesi implemented a fix in Enfold v3.7.1. for it.

AndyHi,
the default login page does not work. Can you check please?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
unfortunately you would need to search for a plugin by yourself. We can’t help you out with 3rd party plugins. I hope you find one which will work for you!
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please refrain from bumping into your own thread, otherwise we can’t provide you a faster reply.
I checked page in question, but can’t see any issues with your background video, as it is resizing fine on different browser screens.
Add a left value to Yigit’s code and adjust the values until it fits your needs.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
use a plugin like Loco Translate or Poedit to translate WordPress’ default text strings in question.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try this code instead:
#menu-item-3000 ul.sub-menu { height: 500px !important; overflow: hidden !important; overflow-y: scroll !important; }
or this:
ul.sub-menu {
height: 500px !important; overflow: hidden !important; overflow-y: scroll !important; }
If none is working then it’s caused by your caching plugin. Switch caching off, then deactivate caching plugin, then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

Also try to increase php memory limit. Ask you host to do it for you. We recommend to use 256MB.

AndyHi,
I checked page in question, but all three slides are working properly for me. Could you fix it already?

not sure what you mean, but it seems that it’s working besides that you need to make one additional change. Make sure you’re using newest theme version. Maybe a plugin is causing this issue, so deactivate all of them to check which one could cause it.

AndyAugust 11, 2016 at 3:06 pm in reply to: Tips on increasing page load times with background video? #671366Hey phillipikoo,
unfortunately this is not a theme related question, but a general WordPress one. You can use a cache plugin and/or cloudservice.
Let us know if you experience any theme issues and we are happy to assist you.Best regards,
AndyHey EastBayMeditation,
I don’t think this would be possible. Maybe you can search for a plugin with such a function. However, send us admin access, so we can have a deeper look to the slider you are using.
Best regards,
