Hi,
as written in our support policy:
We cant help with installation of WordPress itself, 3rd party plugins that were not part of the theme package or heavy theme customization.
However, I hope the issue will get solved for you. If not you can always hire a freelance developer to make the plugin compatible for you: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

try this code inside Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { li.bbp-topic-voice-count { position: relative; left: -16px; }}
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
I hope this will help :).Mit mir kannst du hier auch auf Deutsch reden. War die letzten Tage im Urlaub, aber nun wieder am Start :).

AndyHi,
sounds like a caching issue to me. Are you using any cache plugin? if yes switch caching off and then deactivate the whole plugin, finally clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
It’s also possible that you need to regenerate your thumbnails, use a plugin like this for it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/Best regards,

AndyHi,
the plugins mentioned is deactivated, please activate it. I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
