Hi,
AndyHi,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
we need a precise link with the elements in question, but the link you’ve provided is basically a blank page.
However, try this code inside Quick CSS field:.container { background: rgba(0,0,0,0.1); }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
can you give us admin access to the page in private content, too please? then we could try to compare your header widget in question.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
use this code:
.acalog-permalink-container { height: 200px !important; }
and adjust if needed. I hope this helps.

AndyAugust 19, 2016 at 10:00 am in reply to: Grid row weird behavior when there are more of them #674616Hi,
try to add an !important:
.hr.hr-invisible.avia-builder-el-19.el_after_av_layout_row.el_before_av_layout_row.avia-builder-el-no-sibling { background: white !important; }
Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
alright, hopefully you’ve got luck!
Let us know if we can help you with anything directly related to the theme and we’re happy to help you.Best regards,
AndyHi,
I can’t find the error message you’re talking about on your website or backend. Can you provide us a precise link where we can see it please? try to deactivate all plugins and remove all customizations while testing, to check if one is causing this issue.
Maybe there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi,
try this code inside Quick CSS field:
@media only screen an (max-width: 767px) { img.ls-l.hide-screen-shot.ls-preloaded { width: 315px !important; height: auto !important; }}
and adjust as needed.

AndyHey!
I checked your backend again and you’re still using WPML v3.4.1.:
Finally please update to WPML v.3.5 and afterwards write again in this forum.
Regards,
AndyHi Andreas!
kannst du uns bitte einen präzisen Link von deiner Website schicken, wo wir das Problem sehen können? wir müssen in der Lage sein die entsprechenden Elemente untersuchen zu können.

AndyHey tampaprinting,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
AndyHey atraccion,
you could activate/deactivate this inside a column of a mega menu:

AndyAugust 18, 2016 at 11:37 pm in reply to: Logo not responsively scaling – Menu Brakes into Logo Element and overlays #674413Hey Allan,
you can do this here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/switching-to-mobile-menu-on-higher-resolutions/
Best regards,
AndyHey janetgot,
not sure what you want to achieve, a link showing an example would help. Maybe there is a plugin out there with such a function.
Best regards,
AndyHey randychua,
not sure what you’re talking about, but can you check if you got the same issue with a default WordPress as well please? let us know about your results.
Best regards,
AndyHey 2funky,
I never tested this plugin before. However, I guess for this price you can count on WooCommerce support, if something goes wrong. Best to ask WooCommerce support about it though.

AndyAugust 18, 2016 at 11:29 pm in reply to: Recreate Thumbnails after replacing picture by "Media replace" #674409Hey nicibiene,
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
I hope this will help :).Best regards,
AndyHi,
we definitely recommend to use newest theme version always, otherwise you risk that your website won’t work at all one day. As already said you need to readjust your settings. Basically it’s about your header widget menu, right? send us admin access and we’ll see what we can do. Post login here as private reply.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I checked your backend again and still see that you’re using the old versions of the plugins in question. Please update and let us know when you’re done.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
primero trata de desactivar todos tus plugins para ver si algun causa este problema.
Saludos,
AndyHi,
try this code:

and adjust if needed.

AndyHi,
I tried to login, but it doesn’t work anymore, can you check please? it’s working fine on our end and for thousands of customers as well, so something must cause it especially on your end.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
as I said it would be best to use different tickets for different questions/issues, cause then you would get faster replies.
As far as I understand you want to achieve this:
strong.logo { top: 40px; } .logo img { max-height: 180px; } .logo, .logo a { max-height: 180px !important; }
I hope this helps. Otherwise a mockup showing the results would help (use imgur.com or dropbox).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try to hide it when you scroll using this code inside Quick CSS field:
.header-scrolled #text-4 { display: none; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,
glad we could help. Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
