Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

hierbei müsstest du alle Überschriften kleiner machen, da die einzelnen Wörter die du verwendest zu lang und ja zwischendrin kein automatischer Absatz erlaubt ist. Ich empfehle dir kürzere Wörter zu verwenden. Nehme diesen Code um die Schrift kleiner zu machen auf mobile:

it’s working fine on our end and not we did not customize anything on the search page.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

hast du das Caching zunächst ausgeschaltet bevor du das Plugin deaktiviert hast? Leere deinen Browser Cache und machen einige Male ein hard refresh.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

no, that’s not possible. With importing the demo you will overwrite your settings. So please import the demo first and then make you adjustments.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

you should be able to achieve this using Yoast plugin or any other breadcrumb plugin. Ask Yoast how to do it, as they know their plugin best. Maybe this helps: https://yoast.com/wordpress-breadcrumbs/

du verwendest und/oder hast ein ein Caching Plugin verwendet, daher gehe in deren Einstellungen und schalte dort das Caching aus. Anschließend deaktiviere das Caching Plugin und alle anderen Plugins, um zu schauen, ob eins dieses Problem verursacht.
