Also ask your host if they’re using any caching on your server and if yes tell them to deactivate it completely. Make sure you re installed a totally fresh copy from your themeforest account. Enfold needs 256MB of php memory limit to function well, so tell that your host as well.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
