Hi Ismael – if you run this website in the iOS SAFARI and try to click on any of the GET RUBITRACKS now buttons located throughout the page, it does not take you to the contact us section.
Great thank you. I have updated my site to v4.5. Can you please check as to why the section ID anchors are not functional on mobile.
How do i force update of theme? I go to the update window/option and it says that it is current. at 4.4.1.
As requested.
Hi Victoria – thank you for taking the time to respond. I really should do a better job at describing myself. When I load the site on my iPhone (or even the Chrome emulator for that matter), the page anchors that I have linked to don’t function. For example, I added the #contactus as a link within the page, but the Contact Us buttons won’t take it to the contact us section that is labelled by the anchor tag. It works fine on a laptop/desktop browser but not on mobile.
Thanks for the link – the top layer slider is one frame, but if you browse to the near the bottom (just above the FAQ section) has two slides.
Hi Victoria – yes I am, I was in the middle of doing a refresh from my development environment in my virtual environment. Please look again.
OK – thanks. Lets close this ticket request as I am no longer pursuing this “coming soon” type of page.
Hi Rikard – I guess your stuck with both of my tickets :P
I disabled the 2 performance plugins as you requested. Can you take a look again?
Merci Rikard for the rapid responses and the invaluable knowledge. I am now starting to use the Color Section and while it does fill the whole screen like I want using STRETCH TO FIT; however, the image is then overly stretched, but when I set the SCALE TO FIT I get the white bar at the bottom of the screen.
Is there a way to use STRETCH TO FIT, but put precedence on the HEIGHT being 100% followed by the WIDTH? Because I know that if the image was always at 100% height, the image would look perfect with whatever width is cut off.
It is worth mentioning that I have played with the resolution of the image about 5-6 times.
As requested.
Okay, that works to remove the upper white space but then it creates the one along the bottom. I’d ideally like to see the the entire screen covered with the image..
I’ve got it working now – thanks much! You can close this topic.
Yes you may. Thanks again!
Hi Mike – thanks for the quick response and yep, I am an idiot! thanks!
Valid point – I should use the Color section but after following directions. I’ve gotten the Color section to go full width, but I cannot get the Text Block to go full width now.
Any thoughts?
