Actually, I want this page to display the title of the blog. So, on the link in the PC, it would say TITLE.

I need to edit what exactly? It is the same as my file.
When I open the blog, link in PC, I want to see the title, and I don’t want people to be able to click on categories (porodica, psihologija).
Is it possible?
This is what I do: I scroll down, and I return to the top, and the menu is not transparent. I use it on iOS Safari and iOS Chrome.
The menu is white, and it should be blue. I provided the link to screenshot.

It is not good, because the flag is fading out while resizing the screen and it is not showing. I added the code and there is no flag on small screen, for example iPhone 5S. Please check it.
I am not going to put code that is not working on my website. You can try this code in your own CSS editor, it will flash you with several bugs. All I am asking is for you to check the code before you send it to me. I know that using inspector you can test what you are sending.
Did you even check this? I put the code in CSS editor and it shows 5 errors. And it is only moving the phone number, not the flag.
