Hello,

thanks for the explanation!

I tried to update the theme, which is not possible. WordPress tells me that I have the newest version (4.2 it says) installed.

Hi Ismael,

Thanks for the support. What do you mean with re-save the theme options?

I also don’t know how to remove the browser (what does that mean) and how do I hard refresh the theme? Thanks for the help!

Hello Nikko,

We have 3 Plugins activated and I deactivated them, unfortunately, it didn’t change a thing.
I think we updated WordPress and the theme recently
