Hi Victoria :)

Yes I found the file in: public_html / wp-includes / load.php
The file permissions are in 644, I change them to 744 and to 755 but still can’t upload images to my library.

Im sending you in private content my FTP and WordPress logins so you can enter and see.

Yes, they told me this is the error:

Hi John,

Thank you for the link, but it wasn’t helpful, I still can’t upload any images to my library
and it’s been a week since this problem, and my client is going crazy :(

Ok thank you, I just did does 3 recommendations.

My hosting provider told me that they just gave the file the permissions… can you please check
cause Im trying to upload images to my library, but nothing happens.

Hi John,

I just disable all the plugins and the Enfold theme, but the problem with the library persist.

Hi Victoria,

Im running the 5.6 php version.

Yes I made some changes in my server, I increase the:
memory_limit to: 368M
post_max_size to: 32M
upload_max_filesize to: 64M

Thank you for the link, I’ve try all of those possible solutions and still nothing :(
I can’t upload any images to my library.

Hi Rikard :)

Im having the following problems with my Enfold theme:
1. I can’t upload any images to my library.
2. I can’t erase or delete any image from the library.
I select the library in List mode and try to erase the images without titles, but I couldn’t.

This error in my library happened since I updated the wordpress.
