    Thank you so much, Rikard. I’m so relieved that it was my stupid error. I have a call with the client in a few hours and will be able to discuss the project rather than the problem. Plus I finally figured out how to correctly set up the new API tokens this weekend. So I am a happy designer.

    Enfold is by far the best theme I work with and will continue to recommend it to clients. Knowing that you and all the support team are there makes all the difference.

    Hi Victoria,

    Yes, I would appreciate the css that would allow the mail chimp signup to be on one line.

    Fixed the problem on the other site. Somehow the stylesheet and php got corrupted and I was able to remedy it by creating a new child theme and copying the data to the old child them.

    Hello Vinay,
    Still wasn’t able to resolve the issue but have convinced the client to use the standard format. So please consider this ticket closed.
    For future reference, if there is a simple fix for creating horizontal Mailchimp forms I’d like to know.

    Thanks so much Rikard. I switched the up php and it resolved the issue. I really appreciate the help.

    One side issue for another client. I’m trying to set up the mailchimp newsletter module to have the name and email on one line like in the Shop Demo home page. Is there a place to access that info?

    Thanks for following up on this issue, VInay.

    I replied to Victoria this morning about this issue. The other person working on this project is a programmer. He was able to get into the backend to put the line of code in by moving the site to another server. The result was the site crashed. He removed the code and it was live with the same problem. He tried clearing the crash, which apparently has worked with this issue in the past. Still no visual tool bar. But by moving the site I was able to install another theme and the same problem was there. So it appears that this was a WordPress issue rather that a theme problem. The programmer thinks it was a host issue but I suspect that something happened during an upgrade to the system. In the end, I recreated the site which fortunately wasn’t too large, deleted all the old files on the server and replaced it with the new and it’s working now.

    I truly appreciate the attention you’ve all paid to this problem and will continue to recommend the theme to other designers as well as any new client.

    Well after many attempts and hours the site is back up and running correctly. It wasn’t a problem with the theme as it happened when I was able to install another to check. Tried clearing the cache and no luck.We moved it to another server, to be able to get to the backend, and the problem still existed.

    I finally rebuilt from the ground up on a test site and it was uploaded successfully this morning. I’m not sure what happened. There was a problem installing the latest version of Enfold (this was the only site I manage using Enfold including my own) that this happened to. So I am guessing it may have been a WordPress upgrade glitch.

    At any rate, I truly appreciate the continued support and guidance. You all are stars!!!

    Things seem to be going from bad to worse. I was unable to access the backend via FTP and contacted the host. After an hour of trying different things, I was told the hosts’s server was having problems and advised to wait a bit to see if things resolve. Just checked checked again and have gotten an http error 500 :(

    As soon as I’m able to gain access <fingers crossed> hopefully soon.

    Yes, I’ve disabled the plugins and flushed the cache. The site is running version 4.4.1

    I’ve checked other sites running the same version and no problem.

    Realized that it was built in Shopify but was hoping there was a carousel plugin that would work well with Enfold. I’ve done a couple of examples using the Partner/Logo Element and explained the situation to the client.

    The gallery is working perfectly on the computer now. The iPhone still has the jitters though.

    Hello again, Rikard.

    My computer is running 10.12.3 and the client’s computer is running 10.11.6. My iPhone is running 10.2.1. The galleries were loading perfectly before the latest update on the system and the theme. So hoping there will be a fix soon.

    Hello again, Rikard,

    Cleared the cache but the problem persists.

    In Safari. on my desktop, the page looks fine but when you click on the images in the gallery they appear for a second and the screen goes blank. In Chrome, Firefox and Opera, they appear as they should.

    The disappearing image happens on my iPhone as well but not the iPad. The Mac and iPhone are running the latest systems which upgraded recently. And that’s when the issue happened. The iPad is an older model and has not been upgraded.

    It’s happening on all the product pages but seems to be a glitch with the Safari browser.

    Not sure there’s anything that can be addressed or if there’s a way for Apple to deal with this.
