Yes I finally found out how to FTP to the site, and I ended up deleting and then uploading. It was a bit nerve racking because the upload took 3 hours and the site was down for that time.
After the dust settled today I registered via the new Envato key and the old API key section disappeared. So it looks like we can wrap this one up.

Thanks for the help, I am still working on this. The new theme is 67MB but my maximum upload size is 64MB. I am working with my host company to increase this limit.
