Hi, so the compression plugin was the issue. We disabled, cleared cache and it fixed it. We also go the code added as per instructed with our developer, but it does not seem to be working (even after updating and clearing cache)
Advice?

Notice the circle load icon. After you click to watch the video, this icon shows. Once you click x from watching the video, this loading icon remains on the button, even after you scroll through the rest of the slides.
Hi, will this also fix the formatting issue on Chrome and Edge? Those both do not show a bar at the bottom of the screen and instead edit the footer which looks very strange.

However the “load” circle on the button still is not working. It just acts as if it is still loading, even if you scroll through all the slides and return to it, it still looks as if it is loading.

I just wanted to say thank you, first of all, for all your help on this.
The code works now works on both firefox and chrome but not edge
Frustrating that these browsers can’t all just figure out how to read the same code.
On edge, it just stays white. Is there something we can add to it to tell edge to change it too?Also on mobile, it is just white and overlaps with the menu indicator.
On mobile we just want it to remain as it was (if you look at any other page, including just .com (the real homepage, not the/home-2 we are working on) that is how it should look even when the transparent is selected for desktop.
Is there a setting I need to check to keep mobile the same when I want desktop to be transparent?I am sorry for all the back and forth – and I TRULY LOVE enfold. I recommend it to all my clients and use it exclusively in redesigns.

it appears to be working on Firefox, but not Chrome, which is strange because the rest of the header seems to be fine.
Any ideas on how to fix it?This has been resolved, thank you.
We now want to change the color of the phone number when the menu is transparent to be white, then turn blue (#f8f8f8) when user scrolls.
What would the CSS be to tell the site, when the header is transparent to make phone number white and when scrolled to make it blue?

What would I add to bring it down so it is inline with the main menu? Is there some padding code I could add?
Also I edited the size but it is not reflecting. Did I do something wrong?
We want it to be very visible – in line with the main menu and about the same size .
Thank you, everything is backed up daily, I also took manual updates prior to the theme update and I have paused all work pending on this site until this is corrected.

I have tested these and they work. I do not have ftp – everything was done through wordpress/wpengine but I included that as well.
Thank you for your help. I tried resetting to the parent theme settings and reuploading files but that did not work either.
I am not aware of any customization and I don’t see anything that stands out to me.

It cuts off as soon as the text disappears.
I added the screenshot of where it stops playing below on the same test page. If you SWITCH the two longer videos, it does the same thing.
Is Layerside just not able to manage this many videos? Is it the length?
Four days with a video not working on my homepage was not acceptable so I had to remove it.

I’ve updated the theme and now the parent page option is missing completely.
It was under page attributes, but now it is no longer showing. I checked other areas too, I cannot find any place to select a parent page.
The only things under Page Attributes are “Template” and “Order”. Parent Page was between those elements previously.
I have been unable to work on this site for three days now. Please help.

I have changed the admin status.
In regards to updating, the token which is valid and purchased by myself is giving me an error so it will not update. The token works for creating admin support here and I show 8 months of support still left and just purchased this theme in December. I have tried several times to re-enter the token (as I saw this is something that happens in another thread here), but I always get this message:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)Following errors occured:
Purchases: Your private token is invalid.

When creating a page, I need to select a PARENT page under PAGE ATTRIBUTES
The ALL PAGES and MENU are fine, they show the proper pages but the PARENT PAGES under PAGE ATTRIBUTES does not. It is a mix of duplicates and missing sections. PAGE ATTRIBUTES is found under the SETTINGS section on the editor of the backend.I CAN technically create pages, but the urls are all incorrect because I cannot select the correct parent page. Given all the pages I need to create are under these parents, I, therefore, cannot progress on the population of content for this site.
