There is no change yet in the Google search results but i have done both things that Peter suggested and I imagine it could take up to a week or two for Google to crawl my site again to get a description. I will make sure to post back on this topic when the description appears, or if I need further support. Thank you both for the prompt support!

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, Victoria. From what I understood from Bluehost support, if I reactivate the Enfold theme I will get the same error as before (“an error occurred while processing this directive”) and will no longer be able to access the backend of my website. Should I try anyway?

Also, I checked on my Bluehost cPanel and I am using PHP 5.6. I understood the Bluehost support tried to update to PHP 7.0 but it was not working and they said it had something to do with Enfold. Which version of PHP should I be running?

Hi Rikard, no I haven’t been able to get it working in Chrome, although it works in Safari. In Chrome I am getting the same problem for any page or post I try to edit. Any idea what I can do?
