Victoria – I found out a new software I am using is changing the color profile. I just simply batch process in photoshop.

The top photo display fine even though in the media gallery is faded.

Rikard, the account has been updated to administrator. As far as the issue goes, something has been done to it, the bottom gap is fixed but the top gap is now larger maybe 5px in height. It looks the same in firefox or chrome.
