thanks. it did, but I gave up and replicated it three times with only one picture in each. I guess that will do for now but was a pain. hopefully u guys can modify it on an update.

I found it its actually in the header section of enfold under transparency options then transparency menu colour. I must say Enfold behaves very weirdly then depending on what you select in menu logo and position and both are creating colour uniquely to the desktop and mobile versions. I have found a balance that’s satisfactory.

Thanks that was easy. I had no idea the menu was still controlled outside of Enfold. How do I make the menu darker or change it’s colour its not very visible on some pages?

I am running 4,2. I don’t see that the fixes on 4.2.1 will make any difference.

Desktop I have the grill
Mobile it now says “menu” in blue.Second issue is the menu is not picking up the pages in wordpress.
It currently has these options as the navigation.

Thanks for the tips. I applied everything substituting page _644 for post_591. Which is the page I want to affect. The whole screen just goes blue with the applied code like a broken windows laptop. There is literally nothing other than blue and no scroll bars or navigation. I tried both variants of the code you sent.
I added the function code using my custom functions plug in as it is super fast to undo the changes and validates any code it adds without crashing the site. Any suggestions?

This question is for the mobile site only. I mocking up a new site on www,alps4u,net
Can I create some text next to the logo that is unique to each page without lots of CSS code? The reason I am a travel business and have a new section which is about buying property. My Brand which is Escapes4U doesn’t really go with buying property so although the logo can stay I would like some text saying “Property locator” when people land in that section.
The desktop site has enough room for me to include headings, but the only space on the mobile site is where the logo is.
Another way of attacking this is to get the mobile site to close up the silly white header that is around the logo but I can’t seem to do that. The desktop site has that capability.I will load some screen shots as examples.
I am running v4.2. Problem with full width image slider. the caption and text elements are supposed to be unique for each slide, however no matter what I change the first slides caption and text shows on all slides. Any advice?

One more question.
I am not happy with the design and thinking of ditching it in favour of an enfold demo theme. Any links or advice on how I can bring the demo theme in to test without messing up my existing site? Can I have two themes one activate one in draft mode?
is there a line of code I can put in so that I can use auto optimize? or any solution you can recommend?

I had not reactivated it, however I have solved the problem
I had to deactivate Wp omptimizte, smush and fastest cache and the menu then appeared. I have re activated those 3 and the menu now stays in place. However if I activate auto optimize it disappears.

I actually did that in safari. Then I downloaded chrome, never used before.
I have had it verified by two other iPhone users this morning. There is no menu.
What phone and system did you use? Any other suggestions?

on iPhone there is no menu, there is no point sending you a screen shot. I have verified with two iphones one on wifi, one on 3g and two browsers safari and chrome.

Hi I have two more problems.
On the mobile version of my site the menu is not appearing. I have changed every setting imaginable including trying burger icon etc and nothing appears on my iPhone? I have tried safari and chrome.
I made a colour change on the header and the site when first loaded shows the original colour then quickly changes. Is this being cached for some reason?
Hi I made the update to v4.12 and I lost my mobile menu. Everything else is fine. I was watching a youtube video on mobile menus in enfold and they go to the header section. They have header layout, behaviour, extra elemtns, transparency options, then mobile menu at the far end. On mine I have the first four but no mobile menu tab. Any help please>?
I think that’s a good idea. I have been using a developer and guess they are not familiar with v4.1 themselves so any advice on that? Is the upgrade free?
