Thanks for your reply, Basilis. Tried all this before and it didn’t work so support did it for me.
There’s something wrong with the theme because whatever version I’ve got it never detects updates or find them on a manual search.
Could you please sort this out?

Do you mean disable Jetpack completely or just the mobile version?
If I just disable the mobile, it makes no difference.

Thanks so much for updating the theme and introducing me to the toggle bar (DUH! should have seen that!)
I don’t want to have to run to you every time this theme needs updating so have you fixed whatever it is that’s stopping the updates show up in the Enfold section of the dashboard?

Hi there!
OK, I’ve updated to the most recent WordPress (but not Enfold). However, my formatting options in new post composition, seem to have disappeared – the pull down menu, giving you the choice of ‘Paragraph,’ Heading 1/2/3′ etc. This actually was the case before the update as well.
Yet another blip. I do hope the latest Enfold version puts this right.

My tech guy has taken your advice on the above and it’s still not working. Can you go into the site and fix it, please? This is costing me time and money and I’d appreciate some hands on help as there may be small blip that my tech support and I are unaware of.

Although grateful for your response this does not solve the problem in the long term. Can you fix this as I keep on having to shell out money to tech support for a blip on your programme?

I checked the API and it was fine. Is the latest version 3.0.8? If so, no problem, if not there’s still no update as always. I generated another API key and used that but it’s still the same.

By the way, Kriesi send me emails of updates to Enfold but when I look on the panel within my site it tells me that there aren’t any updates available. There seems to be an inconsistency here. This happened before the previous update too, when support at Kriesi told me that one was available, yet the Enfold section in the website Dashboard indicated the contrary.
Can you address this issue so that updates can please be done from within my website?

Just to let you know, Yigit, that the problem was solved by deactivating the WordPress SEO plug in, after updating to 3.0.8.
I thought I’d let you know so that this may be addressed in the future within the Enfold theme..

Hi Andy,
I had the theme updated and the same problem persists:
The advanced editor seems to work on Portfolio Pages but not on standard Pages. Either the content isn’t loading in the advanced editor or you cannot switch to the advanced editor from the basic editor.
Each Enfold update is costing me money in tech support and bugs and as much time. I’d be grateful if you could sort this out once and for all, and, if possible, turn off automatic WordPress and Enfold updates so that I can update only when ready.
