I have tried disabling our caching plugin (W3 Total Cache), where are you seeing a second caching plugin? I’ve also tried clearing all cache and made other minor text changes that have shown up. We’re still getting the same non-mobile friendly results.
Can someone take another look at this? It would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, it’s been added to the very top of quick css. What’s weird is how this page is reformatting even the footer, and the first image is shrunk.
Reached out to our CDN to see if they were the issue…they think it is theme related still.
Any thoughts on this?
Is there a setting I need to change on MaxCDN to tell it to serve content differently to the website.
I’m not sure what site anything else is being served from other than our CDN. When I disabled our catching plugin which was connecting our CDN it still caused the issue. I really don’t understand why everything was perfect before the update, now this issue starts happening the second we update to 4.3.
Is there any way you can add that custom CSS in? We dont have access to a laptop currently and would really appreciate the help.

Sorry to keep bumping this. I am getting no response on a major issue and minor issues with theme functionality are getting full responses.Moderators…PLEASE look into this. I have waited 2 days for a fix and have only gotten one reply. Please see my screencast video above and provide a solution. This is really hurting my company.
Can you please check the screencast video above to see if you can provide us with a solution ASAP? We would greatly appreciate the help, as this website is our main source for obtaining new clients (various Google, facebook, and yelp ads all link to our site)…in the current state our videos our unplayable which is seriously damaging our reputation.
I did a screencast and uploaded the video as an unlisted video so you can see what I am seeing. I have also tried in various web browsers, computers, clearing cache, etc. It looks like it is trying to re-size the element (masonry gallery) and keeps flickering to make the videos literally unwatchable. Even if you don’t move the mouse.

I’m having the same issue…I posted my thread yesterday and have tried getting the attention of ANY moderator with no luck.
Can you please take a look at my issue? As this is an extremely high priority for us and we have been waiting.
Really finding it concerning that every other topic/request is assisted by a moderator, yet my urgent topic has no-reply.
Moderators/developers from Kriesi, please look into this…getting very frustrating not getting any response.
Any update on this? I don’t want to have to roll back the theme to fix this if possible. We are running various ads and get a lot of traffic to our site. We need to get this fixed ASAP.
